Step 2: Update AccuZIP6 PDF Converter properties

  1. In Control Panel, open Devices and Printers.
  2. Make sure your default printer (NOT the AccuZIP PDF Converter) is online and ready.
  3. Right-click on AccuZIP PDF Converter and select Printer Properties
  4. Click on the Advanced tab.
  5. Click Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster.
  6. Uncheck Enable advanced printing features.
  7. Click on the Ports tab.
  8. Click on Add Port...
  9. Under Available Port Types, click on Local Port.
  10. Click on the New Port button.
  11. Give it a name of PDFPort
  12. Click OK, then click Close.
  13. Click Apply and OK.
  14. Click OK.
