FAST Helpdesk Hours Extended

The FAST Helpdesk will be extending its business hours beginning March 1, 2026, to include Monday through Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Central Time. During operational hours, customers can reach FAST via email at [email protected] or by phone at 877-569-6614.
Customers may continue to reach the FAST helpdesk after business hours via phone at 877-569-6614.
