How To Activate ANKLink in AccuZIP6

I followed the instructions in the NCOALink activation keys email for installing my NCOALink and ANKLink activation keys, but I don’t see NCOALink+ in the validation screen. What am I missing?

Find the .zip file that you had downloaed from the NCOALink Activation Keys email. Double click on it to view its contents. Is there a file with a .ank extension inside? If so, follow the instructions below. If not, then reply to the NCOALink Activation Keys email and request your missing ANKLink activation key.

  • From the NCOALink activation keys email, download the .zip file attachment. No need to extract it
  • In the AccuZIP6 software, pull down the Additions menu to Move Update > Install Activation File
  • Browse to the location where you downloaded the .zip file (most likely the Downloads folder) and select the .zip file

Installation will complete immediately. Exit the AccuZIP6 software, Launch the software again, open a database, then check the address validation screen (Special menu > Validate Records). If your NCOALink box is labeled NCOALink+, then ANKLink is now active. If the box is labeled NCOALink, then reply to the email, letting them know that you need an ANKLink activation key. In this email, mention your Unique ID number. You can find this number at the bottom of the Activation screen, which you can access by pulling down the Additions menu to Activate Product while in AccuZIP6.

If I'm sent an .ank file, where should I put this?

This file should be placed into the C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0\iNcoalink\Customer IDs folder
