USPS Undeliverable As Addressed (UAA) Mail Webinar: 01-06-2026 POSTPONED

January 5, 2026

POSTPONED – USPS Undeliverable As Addressed (UAA) Mail Webinar

To ensure the webinar includes the most current processing information and UAA analysis, the USPS Undeliverable As Addressed Mail Webinar scheduled for Tuesday, January 6 will be postponed to a later date to be determined.

Please join the U.S. Postal Service for a free, educational webinar on Undeliverable as Addressed (UAA) mail processes.  This session will provide a detailed look at the various equipment and processes utilized by the U.S. Postal Service to detect and process UAA mail.  These vary based on shape (letter vs flat / parcel), point of entry, point of detection, point of processing, UAA reason (COA vs NIXIE), and, of course, mailer’s Printed Endorsement / STID.

Adam Collinson, Director of Address Intelligence, GrayHair Software, LLC and Earl Johnson, Director Addressing & Retail Technical Services and his team will lead the webinar and will cover the flows of UAA mail throughout the vast postal network.

Who should attend – Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) members and participants who have and want to understand UAA mail.  Understanding the USPS processes allows mailers to understand and impact why UAA mail occurs and how UAA mail will be handled.

Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions during the webinar via the chat box. However, if you would like to submit your questions before the webinar, you can send them to [email protected]. Please note: If you are unable to attend the webinar, the presentation will be recorded and posted on PostalPro.   We look forward to your participation.
