USPS Announces 10% Discount Incentive for Catalogs in 2025

In a reaction to catalog mailers providing the USPS with data showing that decreased pricing increases revenue, the USPS will be providing 10% discount on catalog volume, starting October 1, 2025. This promotion, according to the USPS' proposed 2026 incentive calendar, will end June 30, 2026.

The Catalog Insights promoption is designed for catalogers to expand and grow circulations and allow Postal Service to evaluate catalog mailer price sensitivity.

This promotion is designed to conclude right before the July 2026 price changes, where the USPS can evaluate the actual elasticity of catalogs, giving the USPS more insight on how to price catalogs.
