Add a counter for each container and bundle to an export

The attached command and instructions will add two fields that will act as counters for the amount of pieces in a tray or sack and the amount of pieces in a bundle, so these numbers will reset at 1 for each new bundle or tray.

Download and extract the Sequence Command.
Unzip the Count for Bundle and Container.txt into the C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0\Commands folder.
Unzip the buildsequence.FXP into the C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0 folder.

Presort your list, then in the Print Presort window, click on Labels. In the Print Settings window, change the Output Type to Disk File, then click Continue.
In the Export Setup window, click on the Export All Fields box. Choose AccuZIP6 5.x Database as the export format, then click Export. Decide where you'd like to save this export file, then click Export.
Open the newly created file in AccuZIP6 by pulling down the File menu to Open Database.
Pull down the Edit men to Command, then run the Count for Bundle and Container command.
The command will create new fields at the end of the database:
Bundlerec will count the bundles.
Contrec will count through the containers.

I just wanted to share how FABULOUS [Geoff] is and you should keep him for sure! I have had the best service and training from him in the last few days that it has sold me on keeping AccuZIP @ my new job. I was new to this software and learning in “trial by fire” mode and he got me thru it without any burns! He is amazing and deserves a raise, bonus, employee of year- SOMETHING BIG. I have dealt with the mail industry for about 30 years and never received this level of support and so positive. I am forever grateful and will suggest him and this product if asked. I am being very serious about his knowledge, skill, and interpersonal skill(hard to find these days).
