Create a new database of unique records based on any field
1. Download and extract the unique_any.zip file to the C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0 folder.
2. The "unique_any.FXP" will remain in the C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0 folder.
3. Move the "Unique any field.txt" file to the C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0\Commands folder.
4. Run the “Unique Any Field" Command from the Edit>Commands option.
The Command will create a subfolder in the same directory as the file you are processing and create a unique csv file for all records and with a header record.
Create a new database for every Unique State in the database
1.Download and extract the unique_st.zip file to the C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0 folder.
2.Create a command from the Edit>Command window. Type the following into the Command Statement Syntax area:
