If you have issues printing the Presort Parameters report because the words aren't filling into the boxes, try this:
Try printing with a PDF Driver other than the AccuZIP PDF Converter.
Check Printer Prompt, hit Print, then select your PDF Driver.
Change the properties of the image in report to scale content , fill the frame.
