Set a max bundle size to limit number of pieces in a bundle
ADVANCEDSETTINGS.INI in C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0\iPresort\INI Defaults\ folder now supports the following MAXBUNDLESIZE= setting to limit the maximum number of pieces that will appear in any one bundle. This will affect all Bundle based presorts.For example, if you set MAXBUNDLESIZE=15, and there are 17 pieces to that bundle destination, two bundles will be created, 15-piece and 2-piece.
Add this to advancedsettings.ini:

You can enter the Thickness of the Bundle vs the Number of Pieces in bundle.
