FSS and DDU

When you have a carrier route bundle qualifying for a DDU discount, that bundle will not be identified as an FSS bundle. That bundle will not be paired with 5-digit rate pieces for the same FSS scheme. The endorsement line will change to reflect the carrier route and the ECRLOT, ECRWSS, or ECRWSH, and you will get the DDU entry rate for saturation, HD, HD+, or basic carrier route (ECRLOT), and the FSS and FSS Scheme ZIP Code will be removed. This only applies to CRRT pieces qualifying for DDU Entry.
