For Full-Service Processing, at least one of the following fields must be populated when the .pdr file is submitted for Full-Service: .mpa CRID of Mail Preparer or .mpa of Mailer ID of Mail Preparer.
This error means the Mailer ID of Preparer and the CRID of Preparer are not filled into the Mailing Statement Setup window, which is the second column of the three columns in that window.
