Inability to open .xlsx, Access, or Bulkmailer Files

The reason that you cannot open *.XLSX files (or Access or Bulkmailer (.bmf) files is that you do not have the latest 2007 Office System Driver. AccuZIP6 uses certain drivers to open XLS, XLSX, MDB, etc.

Please download the 2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components and then run the AccessDatabaseEngine.exe to install it. It is a small download and does not require a restart. Once you have done this, you can open these files.
