Duplicate Detection Always Finding 0 Records

If you encounter a situation where your duplicate detection always finds no duplicates, and the fields are assigned properly, it's likely one of two things:

1) The formatdups files have become corrupted. These files are saved in the C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0\Support folder, and will need to be recreated. To do so, download and extract the contents of the zip file linked below to that location, overwriting the previous files.

2) If saving those files has no impact, make sure you have a default printer driver selected that's capable of printing a standard letter-sized report. The Duplicate Detection buffers the report at the same time, so if you don't have a default driver, it will always show 0 dupes selected.

I just wanted to let your team know how much I appreciate you. I'm still fairly new at doing mail data processing, and it if weren't for your active support -- even for the not so smart questions -- I probably wouldn't be doing as well in this job as I am now. I have much more to learn as I have seen, but I just wanted to say thank you for your help! You all are wonderful!
