NCOALink Error: Command is missing required clause

If you see this error after NCOALink finishes when it is updating the database, follow these instructions to fix the error.
From the File menu, choose Properties.
On the User Tab, make sure the Permissions: pull-down menu is set to Exclusive and not to Shared.
If it is on Shared, change it to Exclusive click Apply, then close Properties and re-run Address Validation with NCOALink.
