Follow these instructions to fix the issue:
- Click Start and type Turn Windows Features On or Off
- Expand .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
- Check the boxes for Windows Communication Foundation HTTP Activation and Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation
- Click OK
- Launch the AccuZIP6 software, and you'll be ready for address validation
