Convert Currency to English
If you would like an equivalent text format of a dollar amount Download and extract the command to your AccuZIP6\Commands folder.This is an Excellent tool if you are printing invoices or checks!
Make sure the amount is in a field named "Amount" and is a character type field
Make sure the format is 00,000.00 or $00,000.00
This command will convert any dollar amount from $1.00 - $99,999.99 to a text equivalent in a new field named Convert.
EXAMPLE: $19,971.83
CONVERT: NINETEEN THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE DOLLARS AND 83/00 CENTS
