Issue a group number, count and delete indicator to Dups

1. Download and extract this command file
2. Copy the Group dups.fxp to the C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0 directory.
3. Copy the “Group Duplicate Records.txt” file to the C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0\Commands directory.
4. Open the database you would like to add the group numbers and counts to.
5. Run the Duplicate search as you normally would.
**NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE OPTION IN THE DUPLICATE WINDOW TO BACKUP DUPLICATES
6. After you have updated the database with the found duplicates, run the “Group Duplicate Records” command from the Edit>Command option.
7. Three columns will be added to the end of the record.
*Dup_group= Group number for all associated files in that group based on the match criteria.
*Dup_error= Indicator of the records that can be deleted in the group based on the match criteria.
*Groupcnt= Count on the records in the specific group based on the match criteria.
