EDDM: How to get 50 piece, 75 piece, or 100 piece bundles
The thickness of the piece in an EDDM mailing determines whether the bundles will be broken into 50-piece bundles, 75-piece bundles, or 100-piece bundles.
A thickness of .0001 to .0402 inch gives you a 100-piece bundle.
A thickness of .0403 to .0536 inch gives you a 75-piece bundle.
A thickness of .0537 inch or greater gives you a 50-piece bundle (up to the point where it exceeds the maximum bundle size allowable by the USPS)
