The value provided for Full-Service Processing is invalid. The .csm Label: IM Container Or IM Tray Barcode field provided was null; it must contain a 24-character IMtb, when the mailing is not set up as a Simple Mailing. Populate the .csm Label: IM/TM/ Container or IM/TM/ Tray Barcode field with a 24-character IMtb, when the mailing is not setup as a Simple Mailing.
Any time you see a reference to IMtb or to "Tray Barcode", that is your queue to do this:In the Print Presort window, click on Print Tags.
Make sure the Intelligent Mail box is checked. check Create PDF, then click Print.
That will write the Intelligent Mail Tray barcode to the tray tags as well as to the maildat.csm file.
