Move Address2 into Address if Address is empty.

If you have addresses in the address2 field instead of address, and address is empty, this command will move the address2 data into address.

`Replace address with ALLT(address2),address2 with "" FOR EMPTY(address)`

Replace address with ALLT(address2),address2 with "" FOR EMPTY(address)
