We have been processing mail for about 10 or 12 years now after focusing on just printing since 1988. I must say that it has been a worthwhile addition to our business model.
Our franchisor has always pitched the right vendors for their franchises and they sure knocked one out of the park with Accuzip.
In those 10 or 12 years we have processed mail, not a lot, or high volume by all means, but a decent amount, we have come across some real doosies when it comes to list submission from our clients.
Last year I received 3 lists from one of our better school districts that was formatted for an Avery label template in Excel, Word, and
a PDF, that had to be merged together...a true mess for us, but then I called Geoff. He said he would try to make some sense
of the situation. Well, he did just that. He merged those 3 disaster files, fixed the formatting issue, and saved them to a much
more usable csv file. Now we were golden.
Well, the same damn thing happened this year, and Geoff was there to save the day again. I had proposed to him sending us an
invoice, or my issuing him a nice Starbucks Gift card, but he merely said that it was part of the superior customer service that
Accuzip offers. I had mentioned this situation last year to Dave Belmonte while at our Minuteman Press convention and he had
said that the Technical Support crew at Accuzip is extremely committed to their clients...as displayed by Geoff Cooke.
In closing, I would like to say "Hats Off" to Geoff, Donna, and all of the technical support team at Accuzip. They are the greatest.
