Using the Card View

AccuZIP6 5.0 includes a Card View feature that you can use for data entry or even individual record viewing.  This card view can be customized for any fields, and arranged in any order that you see fit.  To begin using the Card View, you'll need to click on the View menu, and then select Card View.  You'll have several options from the Card View sub-menu, but you can begin by selecting New.

The Card View will open in Design Mode, using a default template created by AccuZIP6 programmers using the most common fields for data entry.  If you want to modify this, there are a few things you will want to do.

• To Remove fields from the Card View, hold the ALT key on your keyboard and single-click the left mouse button on a piece of data.  It will disappear from the view.  This works on both the variable data field (white text boxes) and titles (transparent headers above the variable data boxes).
