NCOA Processing Acknowledgement Form
The NCOALink® Mailing List Correction (MLC) Processing Acknowledgement Form is a form that is submitted via the AccuZIP.com website, found at the bottom of this topic. This form is required by the USPS to be filled out completely. Please fill in the top portion of the form and submit. The NCOA department can then begin the process of creating your account.

As you begin to process your customer’s lists through our licensed NCOALink® service, you are required to fill out a new NCOALink® MLC Processing Acknowledgement Form. The form will include your information as a list broker at the bottom of the form, and your customer’s information as the list owner in the top portion of the form.
After the NCOA Department receives the completed Processing Acknowledgment Form, you will receive your next set of instructions via your specified email address, and soon be allowed to process your files through our Licensed NCOALink system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
