The Duplicate feature allows you to make copies of one or multiple records. This is useful when you have different people at the same address. In this case, you can Duplicate the address and then change the contact name. You could also use Duplicate to create another list with a particular scope of records in the database.
Follow the steps below to Duplicate records:
From the Edit menu, choose Duplicate.
The Duplicate window will appear.
Click on the desired radio button that will best determine your scope for Duplicating records.

Indicate how many duplicates that you would like to create in the Duplicate each record ___ times text box.
If you would like to create a new database of the duplicate records check the Create a new database of the duplicates check box.
Click Duplicate.
