The View Menu is the location you'll come to when you want to change the visual appearance and listed fields of the active database, as well as where you can change the font (display font only), browse the USPS Database, and more.
List View Default - Cancels any active view filters and returns your database to the default view.
Edit List View - Takes you to the Views screen, where you can choose to show or hide individual fields from your List View. The fields are not deleted from your database, but rather hidden from view.
Font - Selecting this option takes you to the Fonts screen, where you can change the font that you view your database in. Enlarge it for easier viewing, or decrease the font size to save screen space and see more data at once. Any font change you make, however, is only for visual purposes and won't change any label printing, report printing, or exported data. To do that, see Changing the Label Font.
Card View - Create a New Card View, Open Default (opens the default card view with preset field choices), Open Other (allows you to open a previously saved card view), Duplicate (once a card view is active) an existing card view, Edit any saved view, Save and View any card view being currently modified, and even Set the Tab Order for active fields on any card view. For more information, see Using the Card View.
USPS Database - Opens the USPS Database screen. Filter by State, City, and Street to see the active address range on any street in the United States.
Postage Rates - View the current postage rates for every class of mail that the USPS handles.
