Turn Off optional presort levels in Letter size mailing

Here are instructions on how to turn off optional presort levels in a letter size mailing for First Class (FCM), Standard Class (STD), and Periodicals class (PER) mail.

First, make sure you're currently using version 5.5.33 (4/17/2012 edition) or newer of AccuZIP6.

Open the C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0\iPresort\INI Defaults\AdvancedSettings.ini file in a text editor like Notepad.

Add one or any of the following settings to turn OFF the presort level. To turn the Container Level ON, remove the line or set to =0.

FCM 5DG LTR OFF=1
FCM 3DG LTR OFF=1
FCM AADC LTR OFF=1

STD 5DG LTR OFF=1
STD 3DG LTR OFF=1
STD AADC LTR OFF=1

PER 5DG LTR OFF=1
