AccuZIP6 not displaying Duplicate records when there are duplicates

If your AccuZIP6 is not displaying duplicates when running the duplicate search when there are known duplicates, this could be caused from either not having a default printer installed or the default paper size is not set to 8.5x11.

This will work if you are receiving the message that there are no duplicates in the database or if the duplicate window pops up yet the window is empty.

Solution:
Navigate to the Printers and Faxes area on your computer.
Add an HP printer as the default printer (any HP laser printer will do)
Rerun the duplicate search.

AccuZIP6 should now display all the duplicates in the database.
