If your version # doesn't update when you install an update

If you install a new update, such as version 5.3.84, but when you launch AccuZIP6 your version number doesn't update from your previous version (5.3.83 or earlier), follow these directions (these directions apply to any update you install, when after installing the update, the version number of your program doesn't update accordingly):

Exit AccuZIP6.

Click Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

In Add/Remove Programs, remove any items specifically named AccuZIP6 5.0 Update.

When that’s finished, run the downloaded update again.
