If the Monitor iNCOALink window is getting stuck and not closing, try the following:
-Close out of AccuZIP6 5.0 (you may have to force quit through the Windows Task Manager)
-Browse to your Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0\iNCOALink folder
-Delete ALL of the FILES out of that folder (do NOT delete any of the subfolders)
-Rerun your database through CASS and NCOALink and the process should complete normally
