If the Monitor COA window shows your file uploaded, downloaded, then uploaded again and the Server no longer gets checked, you might be missing the three _Returncodes files that should be in the C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0\iNcoalink\Archives folder. Contact Tech Support for those files if you're missing them. Otherwise if you have those files, make sure the complete path to where your database is located is less than 150 characters (this includes the name of the database as well).
Another reason this could be happening is due to Spyware causing a problem with the file being downloaded into your incoalink folder.
Shut down your spyware software (don't just disable it, as disabling it doesn't necessarily fix the problem), then try validation with NCOALink again.
