When this happens, the first thing to check is the field name that contains your name information.

If you have your entire name in one field, that field should be mapped to the field named First.

If you have the entire name in one field, call that field First. If you have first names in one field and last names in another, assign the fields called First and Last to the two fields. You can pull down Edit to Fields if you need to change the field names.

Pull down the Special menu to Validate Records. Check the NCOALink box and make sure a company name is chosen from the NCOA pull down menu, and the Monitor screen will appear successfully.

If there are no files pending, pull down the Additions|Move Update|Monitor iNCOALink folder. The window will appear so it can be maximized.
The next time you run a file through NCOALink, the window should be maximized.
