If the NCOA monitor window states that your file successfully uploaded and downloaded, but your data doesn't get updated and the Pending number doesn't change to 0, then your return codes files need to be updated.
Download the returncodes.zip file from www.accuzip.com/files/forum/returncodes.zip then unzip the files into one of these two directories (depending on which version of AccuZIP6 you're using:
C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 4.0\iNcoalink\Archives
or
C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0\iNcoalink\Archives
