If you've recently installed IE 11 or if an automatic Microsoft Update was installed (which installed Internet Explorer 11) and you've found that you're getting a "File Corrupt" message during NCOALink processing, the issue is with some changes to Wininet incorporated in IE 11.
Our recommendation is to roll back to IE 10.
Go into Add/Remove Programs in your Control Panel.
Select View Installed Updates.
Remove the Internet Explorer 11 update or the Microsoft update that was most recently installed.
This will revert you back to IE 10 and allow you to use NCOALink again.
