Periodical postage statements have errors

Periodical postage statements have errors

On PS form 3541-1
In the Mailer Section:
1. The Mailer section doesn't list the Publication Title.
2. Mailing Agent's Name box has the Statement Sequence No.
3. In the Entry Location box there is a | between the location and city, state, zip.

In the Mailing Section:
1. The Statement Sequence No. is in the Mailing Agent's Name box
2. The Publication No. is in the Issue Frequency box.
3. The Issue Frequency is in the Statement Sequence No. box
4. The Issue Date is not filled in.

In the Certification Section:
1. there is a number in the Contact Person's box instead of the contact person.
2. Owner or Agent's name is blank.

On the CASS Summary Report PS form 3553:
1. In Section D. Mailer, box #3 Name and address of Mailer is blank.

Our programmers are fixing this issue, and the fix will be in the next update of AccuZIP6 5.0. Unfortunately, this won't help your situation, as what you've described occurs during the Migration process.

After you presort your list, you'll be in the Print Presort window. Click on Reports.
Uncheck the box below the Mailing Statement report, then click Print.

The Mailing Statement Setup window will appear. Fix all of the settings in the Mailing Statement Setup window, then save the settings. When you print, the mailing statement will print correctly.
