If you don't see the map, but instead see just a blank box where the map would be, then the problem is with the Job Detail ZIP+4 code
It most likely has an ! icon. When this happens, there will be no map.
Login and click the Job Report button to see the Job Detail for the specific job.
Enter another ZIP+4 Code or click the ! icon and enter a Lat/Long.
Change the ZIP+4 for the job and press TAB
