PostalOne error: PQT-1013

PostalOne error: PQT-1013

Error: 00096 is not a valid destination ZIP.

This error can occur when mailing to military addresses, as these ZIP Codes were left off of labeling list L009. Any 3 digit ZIP Codes not accounted for in L009 will produce such a message.

A new labeling list has been created, but has not yet been added to an installer as of version 5.7.23.
