AccuZIP Inc offers a file conversion service where, for $10 per file, you can email files that you cannot open successfully in AccuZIP6, and an AccuZIP6 technician will convert the file to a format that you can open successfully in AccuZIP6.
Email your files to support@accuzip.com and in the email, specify you're sending files for the purpose of getting them converted into a format that will open successfully in AccuZIP6.
Payment for this service will need to be provided by credit card. You can email that information at the time you send your files, or call our sales department at (800) 233-0555 and let them know you're providing a credit card number for a file conversion.
