AccuZIP6 Technotes

First, if you have a subscription to our NCOALink service, fill out this form to transfer your NCOALink service to the new computer. No need to fill out the form if you don't have NCOALink service.

On the new computer, insert the most recent AccuZIP6 bi-monthly DVD, then run the setup.exe to install the DVD.

If you want to copy label templates, report templates, scripts, commands, field maps, presort settings, etc from the old computer to the new, then on the old computer, browse to the C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0 folder. Copy the following folders:

Commands
Field Maps
Labels
Matchcodes
reports
Scripts
Searches
Support

Once AccuZIP6 has been installed, browse to the C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0 folder, and paste those copied folders into the new AccuZIP6 5.0 folder, replacing the existing folders of the same name.

After installing AccuZIP6 on the new computer, you can quickly transfer your AccuZIP6 license information by filling out this form.

You're now ready to use AccuZIP6 on your new computer!
