If your USPS Database is expired or
AccuZIP6 cannot link to the USPS Database, the Validation process might delete
the ZIP codes out of your ZIP field. Here are some tips that will help you fix
this:
If you have received a new update
from AccuZIP Inc, install it immediately, or at your earliest convenience. The
USPS expires their USPS Database 105 days after creating it, making it possible
for the USPS Database to expire a couple days before the end of the month.
If you notice, after importing and
validating your list, that your ZIP Codes are missing, install the latest AccuZIP6 DVD. Launch AccuZIP6, then validate your list again.
Your ZIP Codes will be filled in
and your addresses will be validated successfully.
