Title:	Not getting pieces in the Incounty Zone in Periodicals

With your database open in AccuZIP6, pull down the Special menu to Validate Records.
In the Output Section of the Validate window, check the County Code (FIPS) and County Name boxes.
Click Validate.
Presort your list again, and pieces that qualify will now go into Incounty Zones.
