Title: Click Presort and Nothing Happens

If you are trying to presort your list, you click on the Presort button in the Presort Setup window and nothing happens. The problem is most likely an error in the presort setup. Look at the Presort Setup window and make sure nothing is red. Text will turn red when something is setup that doesn't meet USPS regulations.

The most common error is choosing pounds instead of ounces under weight. You may have 0.5 pounds entered as the weight which is not automation compatible. In this case, automation compatible will be red in the Presort Setup window. Adjust the weight or uncheck the Automation Compatible check box to correct the problem.
