Title: Print the Table Structure (Fields List) of your Database

  1. Open your database in AccuZIP6.
  2. From the Edit menu, choose Command.
  3. Click New.
  4. In the Save As box, give the command a name, such as, copy structure.
  5. Press the TAB key on your keyboard to move the cursor to the large text area.
  6. Type in the following command:

Copy structure extended to struct.dbf

  1. Click Run.
  2. Close the Command window.
  3. From the File menu, choose Open List>AccuZIP6 Database.
  4. Browse to the AccuZIP folder and open the file struct.dbf.
  5. From the Edit menu, choose Reports.
  6. In the Open dialog box, click New.
  7. A blank template will open.
  8. From the Report menu, choose Quick Report.
  9. Un-check the Add Alias box. Check the box that says Fields.

A Field Picker window will appear.

  1. Click All to select all fields.
  2. Click OK and then click OK again.
  3. Close the Report and when promted to save changes, say Yes.
  4. Give the Report a name, such as, struct.frx, and save it to the AccuZIP\Reports\ folder.
  5. Click No when prompted to save the environment changes.
  6. From the File menu, choose Print>Reports.
  7. Deselect any reports that have already been selected to print.
  8. Click on the Print Other button.
  9. An Open dialog box will appear. Browse to the AccuZIP\Reports\ folder and select the struct.frx report.

This will print the report and complete the process.
