AccuZIP Inc. has added a new support option into AccuZIP6 4.0 called RapidAssist. RapidAssist is an interactive support tool that allows AccuZIP technicians to see your computer via an Internet connection and Web browser.
With the click of a button, RapidAssist instantly connects an AccuZIP technician to your computer, allowing the technician to "see what you see" to more effectively answer customer questions, solve issues, provide remote product demonstrations, customer training, and web-based customer assistance. The technician is able to securely view, draw, and optionally remote-control the customer's screen. No previous setup or installation is necessary.
