Transfer AccuMUV™ Service

To transfer your NCOA service from one machine to another, we'll need to know which computers you'd like to deactivate and which computers you'd like to activate. The Unique ID number on your computer lets us know which computers you want to activate and deactivate. Instructions on finding the Unique ID number of your computer appear below this form.

If you have only one NCOA License, you won't need to fill in the Unique ID number of the computer you'd like to deactivate. We'll only need the Unique ID number of the computer you'd like to activate.

Fill out the form below and click Submit. Once we receive this information, we will email you the two Activation files with a full set of instructions. The old computer will become disabled as soon as the new one is enabled.
