What is the easiest way to select multiple ZIP Codes for a mailing list?
You can easily select multiple ZIP codes from the Geography tab when creating your mailing list.
- Click the “Zip, City, County or State” option from the Geography tab.
- Enter the first three digits of the ZIP code you want, e.g., 934
- From the list of ZIP codes, click on the one you want to add.
- Backspace once or twice on the ZIP code you just entered to display a list of ZIP codes again, then click the next ZIP code you want to add.
Note: Each time you click on a ZIP code, the ZIP code is added to “Your Selects” list of criteria.
- When you are finished, click the Demography tab or the “Add to Cart” button in the lower-right to add the mailing list to your order.
- You can create as many lists as you would like before checking out.

All the data has been NCOA'd and CASS cleaned when we load the databases. This is a quality-of-data process. Of course mailers will wish to NCOA and CASS again when preparing the lists for mailing - and to obtain the best postal rates etc.

Both the New Homeowner and New Mover databases go back 1 year. Each week we add a week and drop a week.
Users can use the entire year or select to go back 180 days, etc.
Why doesn't the ZIP Code Drop Down menu appear when I type in my ZIP Code?
If you are experiencing an issue with the data widget where the drop-down would not appear after typing in the zip code, make sure that you are not setup on a proxy for your Browser. If you are, then edit the settings under connections (Advanced then Network in Firefox) in the browser to Bypass the HTTP proxy for *.leadsplease.com . This will resolve the issue and the DataWidget will work.
