Address Geocoding Module adds Latitude/Longitude Coordinates

The Geocoder Module for AccuZIP6 adds latitude and longitude information to the deliverable addresses in your database, and allows you to perform distance calculations based on a ZIP + 4^®.

Add Latitude/Longitude coordinates to your address lists at the ZIP + 4 level

The GeoCoder add-on module for AccuZIP6 appends data to the addresses in your lists during the CASS™ Certification process.

• Add latitude and longitude coordinates (SRID 4269) carried out to the 6th decimal.
• Add Census Tract numbers and Census Block numbers to get a more informative view on your marketing target, which helps you find more customers just like them.
• Add County Name and County FIPS code to the ZIP + 4 level.

AccuGeocoder provides Accurate Latitude and Longitude Coordinates

You will be able to calculate distance within 10 feet accuracy based on the Latitude and Longitude coordinates from the Geocoder module. This is invaluable if you are mailing a direct market piece to a specific area based on the ZIP + 4.

Use the Calculate Distance Feature for Target Marketing

A Calculate Distance feature in the Geocoder module allows you to select an origin ZIP + 4, then calculate the distance to all of the addresses in your database from that origin point. Calculate the distance between two points to the 15th decimal!

Using the Calculate Distance feature allows you to perform a variety of searches using the powerful Search Editor in AccuZIP6:

• Calculate the distance from a specific ZIP + 4, then perform a search for all of the records within 50 miles of that ZIP Code.
• Perform “Donut” searches, e.g., between 5 miles and 10 miles from a specific ZIP + 4.
  

GeoCoder Addressing Data is Updated Monthly, and Setup is Easy!

1. Download the monthly geocoder data file and extract it to the directory of your choice.
2. In the Geocoder Setup, select the directory where the geocoder data files are located.
3. In the Validate window of AccuZIP6, check the Longitude/Latitude box, then click Validate.
