AccuZIP6 can print to most printers on the market today. All you need to do is select your printer type and AccuZIP6 will send the correct barcode string based on the printer that you select. You can do a test print using the handy scope radio buttons in the Print Settings window.

AccuZIP6 hosts a large array of label formats to fit most users needs. Some are customized for specific printers while others are listed using the common Avery number. Some are set up to print the return address and the indicia. All templates are customizable.

Printer jam? Restarting is easy.
Easily recover from a printer jam by locating the record from which you want to resume your printing by using a familiar database view in the Print Settings window. Use handy Scope radio buttons to issue a print range once the record is located.
Pause printing between trays and more
AccuZIP6 can trigger a pause in the printing process when you use the Pause Printing feature. This is handy when you are printing a Presorted file and you would like the printer to stop between containers or packages. This will allow you time to gather the printed pieces and load them into the individual containers or rubber band the packages if necessary. The Pause Printing feature in AccuZIP6 makes this process easy with features like manual or timed restarting.
