Easily Create your Presort settings.
Presorting the mail with AccuZIP6 will allow you to take advantage of the lowest postage rates for the type of mail you've selected. AccuZIP6's Presort Setup window will assist you in defining your mailing specifications with easy-to-use calculators for determining the size, weight and container minimum and maximums. The window also performs real-time lookup of your local post office, DSCF, and DBMC. AccuZIP6 creates a presort folder in the directory of your choice, which will hold all of the presort information, including tags, reports, and all of the records that were presorted. To save you time, presort settings can be saved so that you do not have to enter the settings for each type of job that you do.
Drop Ship to multiple SCF's and BMC's
Create SCF and BMC Charts, and in each chart, select the SCF or BMC facilities where you'll be dropping your mail. Save different charts for different clients!
Not sure if it's worth it to drop at a location? There's a Threshold setting in the SCF and BMC charts that you can use to have AccuZIP6 automatically select specific SCF and BMC facilities based on a minimum number of pieces that are serviced by the SCF or BMC.
Drop Ship to multiple DDU facilities.
Create as many DDU Charts as you need for different clients, and in each DDU Chart, enter the ZIP Codes serviced by the DDU facilities where you'll be dropping your mail.
The chart includes calculation buttons to let you know how many records in each ZIP Code qualify for DDU Rates, and a Get DDU ZIPs button fills the DDU Chart with all of the ZIP Codes from your database that qualify for DDU discounts.
Print tray and sack tags.
Printing container tags is simple with AccuZIP6. To make it even easier, we sell blank tag stock for both laser and dot matrix type printers. Print all required postal forms.
AccuZIP6 generates all the required postal reports, including the Qualification Report, Mailing Statement Facsimile, and the CASS Certificate. AccuZIP6 also generates a Presort Parameters Report, which details the mailing specifications set in the Presort Setup window.
Export Data out of AccuZIP6
Export all or some of the fields in the list and define the scope of records with a broad choice of file types. Save the Export map so it can be used again without any setup. This is a handy tool for repetitive mailings.
