The Card View entry window is designed for high-speed data entry. You can view more fields at a time in the Card View than the List View. The Card View automatically formats your data as you Tab from one field to the next, and you can choose the fields you'll be using for data entry, which will reduce keystrokes thereby making data entry even faster.

AccuZIP6 can sort by any filed in your list. The most common sorts, LAST, COMPANY, ADDRESS and ZIP CODE, are listed under the Sort menu. In addition, you can create your own User Defined sort on a single field or build a multi-level sort with AccuZIP6.
View only the fields you desire on your screen.
The List View makes it possible to see several records at the same time. In the List View, all of the records in your database are listed vertically, with the data in each field spread across the screen horizontally. The field names are listed horizontally in bold above the data. A user can adjust the fields order and select certain fields to be viewed, putting the rest in the background, as desired.

The ZIP Codes in Radius feature in AccuZIP6 will allow you to create an output file of ZIP codes within a specified amount of miles from an origin ZIP code. The ZIP Codes in Radius feature also allows you to enter Low and High radius ranges, which enables you to conduct a "Donut" search from any given zip code(s). In the ZIP Codes in Radius window, you can add unlimited ZIP Codes in Radius criteria.
