In order for the Serial Number Range to work in the Intelligent Mail Setup window, the Last Serial Number Used has to be erased, as that number takes priority over the Serial Number Range. Here is how to remove the Last Serial Number used, so your Serial Number Range starts getting used:

Exit AccuZIP6.

Browse to C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0\iMail\

Delete the .dat file that has the same name as your mailer ID.

Launch AccuZIP6. Now when you print the IM Barcode, the serial numbers will begin with the serial number range you’ve entered into the Intelligent Mail Setup window.
